What is Acupuncture?

Acupuncture is a form of traditional Chinese medicine that involves inserting thin needles into specific points on the body to promote healing. Acupuncture addresses not only symptoms, but also the underlying imbalances in the body’s energy. The needles are very thin, and you may feel a sensation as the needle is inserted but any discomfort typically subsides quickly.

Acupuncture is most known for treating chronic pain, and can also be used for many other conditions like PMS, nausea, migraines, insomnia, and so much more! The number of sessions needed varies from person to person. You will typically feel some benefits after each session, although more chronic and complex conditions may require ongoing treatment.

What are Ear Seeds?

Ear seeds are a non-invasive way to stimulate nerve endings on the ears to have an effect on the body such as relieving pain or reducing stress. Stimulating nerve endings on the ears to have an effect on the body is also called auriculotherapy.

The tiny seeds or pellets stick to the surface of your ear with medical tape and stay on for up to 5 days. The gentle pressure of the seeds continues to stimulate the nerve endings while they are worn.

Some people feel results right away. Some people feel results over the course of several days. Some, often those with chronic conditions, feel results after a series of treatments.

Ear Seeds can be left on while you shower, swim, sleep, and do all of your normal activities and are commonly used to support weight loss, stop smoking, relieve stress and anxiety, alleviate back pain, relieve headaches, and so much more!
